Major Injury Collision at Gas Point Road and Frances Street Monday
Cottonwood, CA (April 26, 2021) – At least one person suffered serious injuries following a traffic accident in the area of Gas Point Road and Frances Street.
According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch, a man riding a motorcycle collided with a truck at the Cottonwood intersection. Additional details on the model of the automobiles involved in the wreck have not been revealed thus far.
The crash took place at approximately 7:35 a.m.

When medical personnel arrived at the accident scene, they found the motorcyclist with injuries. The man was reportedly conscious after the incident. Per CHP log, the unidentified rider sustained major injuries as a result of the incident.
Meanwhile, authorities continue to withhold information on the truck operator pending confirmation.
Investigators handling the case continue to work at this time to determine the precise circumstances that led to the motorcycle and truck accident in Cottonwood.
