Double Fatal Traffic Collision on 91 Freeway Sunday
Anaheim, CA (February 6, 2022) – Crystal Villalobos, and Ignacio Bautista both died following a car accident that occurred on the Interstate 91 Freeway Sunday.
According to My News LA, a single-vehicle crashed for an unknown reason in the westbound side of the freeway in Anaheim. The catastrophic incident took place near Harbor Boulevard.
Emergency crews responded to the accident scene shortly after 2:15 a.m. When medical personnel arrived at the site, they found three people unresponsive in the disabled vehicle. Paramedics performed life-saving measures to all the victims, but one person sadly succumbed to their injuries and died. Authorities identified the deceased as 47-year-old Ignacio Bautista, of Fontana.
Officials added a woman was rushed to the hospital where she later sadly died. The Orange County coroner officials identified the second fatal victim as 35-year-old Crystal Villalobos.
Meanwhile, police continue to withhold information on the third person involved in the wreck.
Detectives continue to investigate the precise cause of the unfortunate event on 91 Freeway in Anaheim.
