Daniel Armando Encinas Davalos, 33, Fatal Victim in Collision on Ming Avenue
Bakersfield, CA (June 24, 2021) – Daniel Armando Encinas Davalos, a 33-year-old man, died following a DUI car crash on Ming Avenue February 17, 2021.
The KGET News reported Daniel Davalos was a passenger in a vehicle driven by 19-year-old Andrew Fenderson. Due to the intoxication of the teenager, he lost control while driving on Ming Avenue.
According to the article published online, the black BMW 325i slammed into a wooden pole. The force from the impact split the car in half.
Emergency teams arrived at the location and rendered aid to all possible victims. Despite life-saving measures, one passenger sadly died from the collision. Authorities identified the deceased as Daniel Armando Encinas Davalos.
Officials said a second passenger also died in the crash. Meanwhile, a third passenger and the driver escaped death with major injuries.

Our sources indicated police recently arrested Andrew Fenderson for two counts of murder; two counts of gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated; assault with a deadly weapon; driving under the influence of drugs causing injury; driving while license suspended; expired registration, and no insurance.
Further investigation on the case is underway.
