1 Hospitalized After Collision at 20th Avenue and Palm Drive Wednesday
Desert Hot Springs, CA (February 2, 2022) – At least one person suffered injuries following a traffic crash that occurred in the area of 20th Avenue and Palm Drive.
The California Highway Patrol group reported a vehicle rolled over several times as it drove through the intersection in Desert Hot Springs. Initial records indicated the car overturned and landed on its roof. The make and model of the disabled automobile have not been discussed thus far.
Shortly after 9:46 p.m., rescue teams arrived at the location. Responding paramedics rendered aid to all possible victims in the wreck. After the evaluation, authorities confirmed one person required transport to the hospital for treatment of major injuries. The name and age of the victim remained undisclosed pending confirmation.
Detectives handling the case continue to investigate several unclear factors surrounding the car accident at 20th Avenue and Palm Drive.
