East Hemet crash Acacia Columbia
1 Injured in East Hemet Crash at Acacia East Avenue and Columbia Street
EAST HEMET, CA (October 9, 2021) – One was hospitalized after a car crash at Acacia East Avenue and Columbia Street in East Hemet.
According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch team, the accident occurred on Saturday night. Officers reported the wreck at around 4:10 p.m.
CHP said two vehicles collided for an unknown reason in East Hemet. They crashed at the intersection of Acacia East Avenue and Columbia Street.
2 Vehicles Collide
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene and found a female party down on the ground outside one of the cars involved.
One person sustained minor injuries as a result of the collision. Medical personnel took the patient to the Inland Valley Medical Center for treatment.
The report did not disclose the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time. Meanwhile, CHP forced the area of Acacia and Columbia to shut down following the wreck.
Authorities are still determining the cause of the East Hemet crash.
