At Least 1 Killed in Rear-End Collision at Dealwood and Dogwood Road Saturday
El Centro, CA (March 12, 2022) – The California Highway Patrol group reported a deadly traffic accident that occurred in the area of Dealwood and Dogwood Road.
According to the CHP dispatch, a white sports car crashed into the back of a semi truck at the intersection in El Centro. The catastrophic incident took place Saturday at about 11:04 p.m.
Emergency crews found the white sports car with significant damage to its front-end.
Responding paramedics immediately rendered aid to all the occupants in the passenger vehicle. Despite life-saving measures, at least one person sadly died as a result of the wreck. Authorities continue to withhold the identity of the deceased pending confirmation and notification of next of kin.
At this time, detectives continue to investigate the precise cause of the deadly accident at Dealwood and Dogwood Road.
