Quadruple Fatal Collision on State Route 12
Rio Vista, CA (August 5, 2022) – Erica Anderson, and Lacy Conway both died following a suspected DUI crash that occurred on State Route Highway 12.
On July 27, two vehicles collided head-on on the highway in the area between Summerset Road and Church Road. The FOX40 News reported a Honda veered off the roadway due to the alleged intoxication of the driver. Subsequently, the driver of the Honda overcorrected and careened into the opposite lane. The westbound Honda ended up crashing into an eastbound Chevrolet Suburban.
The force from the impact resulted in significant damage to both vehicles. According to the articles published online by KTVU, and ABC10, four people, including the driver of the Honda, died in the collision.
Our sources later identified the two Honda passengers killed in the accident–18-year-old Erica Anderson, and 19-year-old Lacy Conway. The Solano County coroner’s office mentioned the fourth fatal victim in the crash was an occupant in the Chevrolet.
Further investigation on the case is ongoing.
