1 Seriously Injured in Escalon Crash at Steinegul Road and Lone Tree Road
ESCALON, CA (June 13, 2021) – At least one was seriously injured after a car crash at Steinegul Road and Lone Tree Road in Escalon.
According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch team, the wreck took place on Saturday afternoon. Officers reported the accident at about 3:05 p.m.
The incident happened on June 12 when two vehicles collided for an unknown reason in Escalon. They crashed at the intersection of Steinegul Road and Lone Tree Road.
2 Cars Collide in Escalon
CHP described the cars involved as a Nissan Maxima and a Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck. Firefighters along with the paramedics soon responded to the scene.
They extricated one trapped person from the wreckage. Medical personnel then rushed the patient to a hospital for treatment of major injuries.
Officials did not disclose the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time. Meanwhile, CHP forced the area of Steinegul and Lone Tree to shut down following the wreck.
Authorities are still determining the cause of the Escalon crash.
