1 Injured in Fair Oaks Crash at Sunrise Boulevard Wildridge Drive
FAIR OAKS, CA (June 21, 2021) – One was hospitalized after a car crash at Sunrise Boulevard and Wildridge Drive in Fair Oaks.
According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch team, the wreck occurred on Monday afternoon. Officers reported the shortly before 5 p.m.
CHP said five vehicles collided for an unknown reason in Fair Oaks. They crashed at the intersection of Sunrise Boulevard and Wildridge Drive.
Multiple Cars Collide Near Ham Shop
The incident log described the three of the several cars involved as a white Toyota Corolla, a silver Mazda 3 and a green Hyundai Elantra. The Hyundai obtained rear-end damage upon impact.
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene near a parking lot south of The HoneyBaked Ham Co. They found one person who ended up hurt as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel then took the patient to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries. Officials did not release the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, CHP forced the area of Sunrise and Wildridge to shut down following the wreck. Authorities are still determining the cause of the Fair Oaks crash.
