1 Killed in Collision Near Fallbrook Street Monday
Fallbrook, CA (March 15, 2022) – One person died following a traffic crash that occurred on Reche Road on March 14, Monday.
The Village News published an article online reporting the accident involved two vehicles. Preliminary investigation revealed a 52-year-old man was behind the wheel of black Chevrolet Tahoe heading east on East Fallbrook Street.
When the Tahoe approached the area near Debby Street, it crashed into a disabled white Chevrolet 3500 truck. The collision took place at about 10:50 p.m.
Deadly Car Accident on Reche Road in Fallbrook
Our sources mentioned the driver of the Tahoe continued driving after the incident. For reasons still under investigation, the Tahoe later veered off the roadway and drove down an embankment along Reche Road.
Responding paramedics found the 52-year-old man driving the Tahoe unconscious. Despite life-saving measures, the male party sadly succumbed to his injuries and died. Authorities continue to withhold the identity of the deceased pending confirmation and notification of next of kin.
