2-Vehicle Lakeview Crash on Ramona Expressway
LAKEVIEW, Calif. (March 17, 2022) — A fatal Lakeview crash on the Ramona Expressway happened Thursday morning near Hansen Avenue.
The multi-vehicle collision occurred at 5:41 a.m. on March 17th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported at least two motorists, including a small flatbed truck and a red Chevrolet Malibu, collided due to unknown circumstances. Cal Fire Riverside responded with paramedics to help those injured, but sadly at least one person died in the wreck. It’s unknown at this time how many suffered injuries in the crash.
Tow trucks also came to remove the damaged vehicles following the collision.
Meanwhile, investigators are piecing together evidence and will determine fault for the Lakeview crash on the Ramona Expressway.
