1 Seriously Injured in Car Crash at Lincoln and Fowler Avenues
FOWLER, CA (June 18, 2021) – At least one was seriously injured after a car crash at Lincoln Avenue and Fowler Avenue in Fowler.
The California Highway Patrol dispatch team said the wreck took place on Friday afternoon. Officers reported the accident at about 1:05 p.m.
According to CHP, two vehicles collided for an unknown reason. They crashed at the intersection of East Lincoln and South Fowler avenues.
2 Trucks Collide in Fowler
Their incident log described the vehicles involved as a gray GMC truck and a white colored truck. Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene.
They found three people who ended up possibly hurt as a result of the collision. CHP confirmed that one victim sustained major injuries upon impact.
Medical personnel then took that wounded party to a hospital for treatment. Officials did not disclose the names of the patients and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, officers forced the area of Lincoln and Fowler avenues to close following the crash. Authorities are still investigating the cause of the wreck.
