Vehicle Strikes, Kills Man on Highway 99 Monday
Fowler, CA (September 6, 2021) – A deadly pedestrian accident occurred on Highway 99 Monday evening, the FOX 26 News reported.
The article published online mentioned a vehicle struck a male party in the northbound side of the freeway near Clovis Avenue.
According to the California Highway Patrol officers the pedestrian was walking on the freeway when the collision happened. At this time, it remained unclear why the man was on the busy Fowler highway.

Responding medical personnel found the pedestrian lying on the ground. Despite life-saving measures, the male party succumbed to his injuries and died. Authorities continue to withhold the name of the deceased pending confirmation and notification of next of kin.
