Multi-Vehicle Collision on SR-180 Saturday
Fresno, CA (May 23, 2021) – At least one person suffered injuries following a car accident on State Route 180, also known as Sequoia-Kings Canyon Freeway, Saturday afternoon.
On May 22, the California Highway Patrol logged a traffic collision involving three or more vehicles. Officials identified one car found at the scene as a blue Honda. At this time, the make and model of the other automobiles involved in the wreck have not been discussed thus far.
At Least 1 Hospitalized After Car Accident in Fresno, May 22
Medical personnel arrived at the crash site shortly after 4:20 p.m. According to the CHP dispatch, paramedics transported one person to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries. Authorities continue to withhold the name of the patient pending confirmation.
At this time, several factors surrounding the car accident on State Route 180 remained unclear. Detectives assigned to handle the case continue to investigate the precise circumstances that led to the collision.
