Fresno crash McKinley Peach
1 Killed, 1 Injured in Fresno Crash at McKinley and Peach Avenues
FRESNO, CA (September 4, 2022) – A car crash killed one person and injured another at McKinley and Peach avenues in Fresno.
According to the FOX 26 News and Your Central Valley, the tragic accident took place on Sunday morning. Officers reported the wreck at around 7 a.m.
Fresno police said the incident happened when three vehicles collided for an unknown reason in the city. The cars crashed at the intersection of McKinley and Peach avenues.
Multiple Cars Collide
Firefighters along with the paramedics arrived at the scene and then found a woman hurt as a result of the collision. They rushed her to a hospital, where she soon died.
Medical personnel provided aid to another individual who complained of slight pain following the accident. The names of the deceased and wounded parties have not been yet released.
Meanwhile, police believed that alcohol played a role in the incident. Officers forced the area of McKinley and Peach avenues to shut down for a time after the wreck.
The cause of the fatal Fresno crash is still under investigation.
