Minor Injury Car Accident on Golden State Highway Thursday
Fresno, CA (June 10, 2021) – At least one person suffered injuries following a suspected hit-and-run car crash on State Route 99, also known as Golden State Highway, Thursday afternoon.
The California Highway Patrol group reported two vehicles collided in the northbound side of SR-99. Officials identified a car involved in the wreck as a white Ford Mustang.
Shortly after 5:30 p.m., medical personnel arrived at the location, Paramedics reportedly rendered aid to all possible victims in the collision. After the evaluation, authorities confirmed one person sustained minor injuries as a result of the incident. Police continue to withhold additional details on the victim pending confirmation.

Meanwhile, the CHP mentioned the second car involved in the crash fled the scene. No immediate information was available on the hit-and-run suspect.
Further investigation on the car crash in Golden State Highway (99) is ongoing.
