
Fresno hit-and-run Cornelia Belmont
1 Injured in in Fresno Hit-and-Run at Cornelia and Belmont Avenues
FRESNO, CA (April 14, 2021) – At least one was injured after a hit-and-run crash at Cornelia and Belmont avenues in Fresno.
The California Highway Patrol first logged the incident occurred on Tuesday morning. Officers reported the wreck on April 13 at about 11:34 a.m.
According to their dispatch, two vehicles collided for an unknown reason. They crashed at the intersection of North Cornelia and West Belmont avenues in Fresno.
Car Collision Near Whitesbridge Avenue
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon responded to the scene near Whitesbridge Avenue. They then found one victim who ended up hurt as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel provided treatment to the patient for the unspecified injuries they sustained upon impact. Officials did not disclose the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, CHP affirmed that a driver involved did not stop to render aid and fled the area. Officers closed the intersection following the Fresno crash.
Authorities are still searching for the hit-and-run motorist.
