Motorcyclist Seriously Injured in Fresno Crash Near Shaw Avenue and Highway 41
FRESNO, CA (October 8, 2022) – A crash seriously injured a motorcyclist near Shaw Avenue and Highway 41 in Fresno.
According to an article published by the ABC 30 News, the accident took place on Saturday evening. Officers reported the wreck at around 6 p.m.
Fresno police said the motorcycle rider and another vehicle collided for an unknown reason in the city. The two crashed in the area of Shaw Avenue and Highway 41.
Motorcycle and Vehicle Collide
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene. They found the motorcyclist who ended up suffering from serious injuries as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel then rushed the patient to a hospital for treatment. The name of the wounded party and their condition at this time were not disclosed.
Meanwhile, police added that the other driver stopped and stayed at the site following the incident. The cause of the Fresno crash is still under investigation.
Officers forced a stretch of Shaw Avenue to shut down near Highway 41 after the wreck.
