Woman Hit and Injured by Vehicle at Gettysburg Avenue and First Street
Fresno, CA (November 5, 2022) – One person suffered injuries following a pedestrian accident that occurred in the area of Gettysburg Avenue and First Street.
According to Your Central Valley, an unidentified woman attempted to cross the intersection in Fresno Saturday evening. While in the middle of the roadway, a passing vehicle struck the female pedestrian. The horrible crash took place around 9:45 p.m.
Pedestrian Hospitalized After Accident in Fresno
Emergency crews arrived at the scene and found the victim suffering in significant injuries. Given the condition of the woman, paramedics rushed her to a local hospital for further treatment and evaluation. Personal information on the patient remained undisclosed pending confirmation.
At this time, detectives continue to investigate the precise cause of the pedestrian accident that happened at Gettysburg Avenue and First Street.
