At Least 1 Badly Hurt in Car Crash on Liberty Road Friday
Galt, CA (June 18, 2021) – The California Highway Patrol group reported a car accident that occurred on E. Liberty Road Friday evening.
According to the CHP dispatch, a blue Dodge Charger veered off the roadway for an unknown reason. The vehicle ended up crashing into a power pole in the 11200 bloc of E. Liberty Road in Galt.
First responders found the car engulfed in flames. The fire reportedly spread to the grass where the Charger landed. Shortly after 7:35 p.m., firefighters arrived at the site and extinguished the blaze.

Paramedics later mentioned the car crash left at least one person with major injuries. At this time, the name of the victim and their age remained undisclosed.
Detectives stayed at the scene the whole evening to investigate the precise circumstances that led to the car accident on Liberty Road in Galt.
