At Least 1 Killed in Collision Near Shoemaker Road Monday
Georgetown, CA (December 27, 2021) – The California Highway Patrol group reported a fatal traffic accident that occurred on State Route 193, also known as Georgetown Road.
Our sources indicated a vehicle crashed for an unknown reason on SR-193 in the area near Shoemaker Road. The CHP logged the incident at about 7:42 p.m.
When rescue teams arrived at the site, they spotted a vehicle stuck in the snow. The make and model of the car involved in the horrible crash have not been revealed thus far.

Responding paramedics checked the conditions of all parties found at the accident scene. Authorities later confirmed at least one person sadly died as a result of the wreck. Pending confirmation and notification of next of kin, the identity of the deceased remained undisclosed.
Investigators continue to work at this time to determine the precise cause of the deadly car crash on State Route 193 in Georgetown.
