1 Airlifted to Hospital After Collision at Wentworth Springs and Kentucky Flat Road Sunday
Georgetown, CA (June 20, 2021) – At least one person suffered major injuries following a motorcycle crash in the area of Wentworth Springs and Kentucky Flat Road, according to the California Highway Patrol dispatch.
Initial reports indicated the motorcyclist crashed for an unknown reason at the Georgetown intersection. The collision happened Sunday at about 12:25 p.m.

When emergency crews arrived at the location, they found the rider lying on the ground. The CHP log mentioned the victim was unresponsive, but still breathing.
A CALSTAR helicopter later landed near the crash site, and transported the injured motorcyclist to a hospital. The name of the patient, and their condition at this time remained undisclosed.
Detectives continue to investigate at this time the precise circumstances led to the motorcycle crash in Georgetown.
