Man Hit and Injured by Vehicle Near 25th Street
Golden Hill, CA (September 21, 2022) – A pedestrian suffered injuries following a traffic accident that occurred on State Route Highway 94.
The ABC10 News reported a Ford sedan struck a male party walking on the highway in Golden Hill. Officials mentioned the collision took place just east of 25th Street.
Pedestrian Hospitalized After Accident on State Route 94 in Golden Hill
Shortly after 11:15 a.m., rescue teams arrived at the location. Responding paramedics rendered aid to the male pedestrian found suffering in injuries. Due to the critical condition of the victim, medical personnel rushed the man to a hospital. Personal information on the patient remained undisclosed pending confirmation.
Meanwhile, the 73-year-old Bonita woman driving the Ford sedan appeared unharmed after the incident.
Detectives stayed at the scene the whole morning. They continue to investigate exactly how and why the pedestrian accident happened on State Route 94 in Golden Hill.
