At Least 1 Badly Hurt in Collision Near Dos Pueblos Canyon Road Wednesday
Goleta, CA (December 29, 2021) – The California Highway Patrol group reported a traffic accident that occurred on Highway 101 Wednesday morning.
Initial records indicated a Dodge Charger crashed for an unknown reason on the southbound lanes of the highway in Goleta. Officials said the collision took place near the Dos Pueblos Canyon Road offramp.
CHP logged the incident at about 7:50 a.m.

When medical personnel arrived at the location, they immediately checked the conditions of all parties involved in the wreck. After the evaluation, authorities confirmed at least one person sustained major injuries as a result of the wreck. Personal information on the victim have not been revealed thus far.
Detectives stayed at the scene the whole morning to investigate the precise cause of the car crash on Highway 101 in Goleta.
