Bicycle Rider Killed in Collision on Baseline Street
SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. (August 9, 2022) — Gregory Timothy Isaiah Thorn, 33, of Pomona, died last week in a bicycle accident in front of 26080 East Baseline Street in San Bernardino.
The deadly collision occurred about 10 p.m. on August 2nd, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department.
The report did not mention if any motorists are involved in the collision. Also, it’s unknown if road conditions or other factors caused the bicycle accident.
Sheriff’s deputies and paramedics responded to the scene of the crash to help the injured cyclist. They transported him by ambulance to a hospital for further treatment of undisclosed injuries.
Unfortunately, the bicyclist identified by the coroner as Gregory Thorn died at Loma Linda University Medical Center the following day at 3:55 a.m.
The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department Highland Station is heading up the investigation.
