2 Hospitalized After Wrong-Way Collision on 134 Freeway
Pasadena, CA (May 20, 2023) – Police arrested 24-year-old Haley Pullos following an injury car accident that occurred on the Interstate 134, also known as Ventura Freeway.
My News LA, and FOX News reported Pullos, “General Hospital” actress, was behind the wheel of a white 2019 Ford heading east on the freeway. When the Ford approached the area near Orange Grove Boulevard, Pullos swerved into the eastbound side and collided into white 2020 Kia.
The collision took place on April 29, Saturday around 1:30 a.m.
According to My News LA, and FOX News, the force from the impact resulted in both cars mangled on the freeway and debris scattered across several lanes. Responding firefighters worked extensively to extricate Pullos. Paramedics rendered first aid to both drivers, then transported them to the hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries.

Officials later determined Haley Pullos was intoxicated at the time of the collision. For this reason, police arrested the actress on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving the wrong way on a freeway, causing injury.
At this time, detectives continue to investigate several unclear factors surrounding the injury accident that happened on Ventura (134) Freeway in Pasadena.
