1 Injured in Hilmar Crash Near Highway 165 and Geer Avenue
HILMAR, CA (February 6, 2022) – One was hospitalized after a car crash near Highway 165 and Geer Avenue in Hilmar.
The California Highway Patrol received a call about the accident on Thursday morning. Officers reported the wreck on February 3 shortly before 8 a.m.
CHP said three vehicles collided for an unknown reason. They crashed near the intersection of Highway 165 and Geer Avenue.
Multiple Vehicles Collide
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene near the Irwin community. They found one person who ended up suffering from minor injuries as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel then took the patient to the Emanuel Medical Center for treatment. The report did not release the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, CHP forced the area of Highway 165 and Geer Avenue to shut down following the wreck. The cause of the Hilmar crash is still under investigation.
