Pedestrian Injured in Indio Crash Near John Nobles and Daisy
INDIO, CA (February 23, 2023) – A pedestrian was hospitalized after a crash near John Nobles Avenue and Daisy Street in Indio.
According to an article published by the KESQ News, the accident took place on Thursday evening. Officers reported the collision on February 23 at around 6:47 p.m.
Indio police said a vehicle struck a male pedestrian for an unknown reason in the city. The driver was making a turn near the intersection of John Nobles Avenue and Daisy Street when they hit the man.
Victim Hit by Vehicle
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene. They found the victim who ended up hurt as a result of the incident.
Medical personnel rushed the patient to a hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries. The report did not release the name of the wounded party and his condition at this time.
Meanwhile, police added that the motorist stopped and stayed at the site following the collision. Officers forced the area of John Nobles and Daisy to shut down after the accident.
The cause of the Indio pedestrian crash is still under investigation.
