Fatal Car Accident on Southworth Court

Bakersfield, CA (May 2, 2023) – An infant sadly died following a traffic crash that occurred on Southworth Court Wednesday, April 12.

According to ABC23 News, a vehicle struck an infant near the 12400 block of Southworth Court in Southwest Bakersfield. The make and model of the car involved in the catastrophic incident have not been discussed thus far.

Deadly Traffic Crash in Southwest Bakersfield

Emergency crews responded to the crash site shortly after 6:20 in the evening. The article published online mentioned paramedics transported the injured infant to Mercy Southwest Hospital in Bakersfield. Sadly, the baby succumbed to her injuries and passed away at approximately 6:50 p.m.
