Isabella Stier, 21, Fatally Struck by Vehicle Near 108th Street
Los Angeles, CA (September 22, 2021) – On October 20, 2020, 21-year-old Isabella Stier died following a hit-and-run collision on Avalon Boulevard.
According to an article published online by My News LA, the victim crossed the boulevard outside of a crosswalk. The crash took place just north of 108th Street in South Los Angeles.
Deadly Hit-and-Run Pedestrian Accident in Los Angeles, October 20
Medical personnel arrived at the accident scene shortly after 4:30 a.m. Paramedics rendered aid to the female pedestrian found lying on the ground. Despite life-saving measures, the woman succumbed to her injuries and died. Authorities confirmed the identity of the fatal victim as Isabella Stier.
Meanwhile, officials confirmed the driver involved in the catastrophic incident fled the scene before police arrived. The city of Los Angeles offered a reward for information on the hit-and-run suspect. Further investigation on the case is underway.
