Major Injury Collision on Highway 12 Sunday
Isleton, CA (August 8, 2021) – At least one person suffered injuries following a motorcycle accident that occurred on State Route 12, the California Highway Patrol group reported.
On Sunday, at about 5:09 p.m., CHP logged a traffic collision involving a motorcyclist and a white Jeep Cherokee. For an unknown reason, the two motorists crashed on Highway 12 just east of Rio Vista Bridge.
Initial records indicated the rider slammed into the back of the Jeep.

When emergency crews arrived at the crash site, they found at least two parties with major injuries. Paramedics immediately rendered aid to the victims, then transported them to the hospital for treatment. Additional details on the patients have not been discussed thus far.
Investigators continue to work at this time to determine the precise circumstances that led to the motorcycle accident on State Route 12 in Isleton.
