Jackie Lee Brumit, 74, Dies at Hospital After Traffic Collision at Mountain View and East Main Street
Barstow, CA (May 8, 2021) – 74-year-old Jackie Lee Brumit suffered fatal injuries following a car accident in the area of Mountain View and East Main Street on April 30, Friday.
The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department reported a traffic collision took place at the Barstow intersection. At the moment, the make and model of the cars involved in the wreck remained unknown.

When medical personnel arrived at the location, they found at least one person with injuries. Our sources indicated paramedics initially transported Jackie Brumit to Barstow Community Hospital. Shortly after, medical personnel transferred the patient to Loma Linda University Medical Center.
Authorities said Jackie Brumit sadly succumbed to his injuries and died on May 1, Saturday.
Additional details on the catastrophic incident have not been revealed thus far.
The Barstow Police Department is the agency handling the investigation.
