Fatal Hit-and-Run Collision Near Manchester Avenue and Broadway
Los Angeles, CA (August 21, 2022) – Janisha Harris, and Jamarea Keyes died following a suspected hit-and-run crash that occurred in the area of Manchester Avenue and Broadway.
According to ABC7, 35-year-old Harris and 38-year-old Keyes were driving on their way home from work early Friday morning. The collision happened when another vehicle ran a red light at the intersection, and hit the car of the victims.
The catastrophic incident took place Friday morning.
Deadly Car Accident in Los Angeles
When emergency crews arrived at the location, they found two women lifeless. Medical personnel performed life-saving measures to the victims but they sadly succumbed to their injuries and died. Authorities identified the fatal victims as Janisha Harris, and Jamarea Keyes.
The article published online mentioned the other driver involved in the horrible crash fled the scene. No immediate information was available on the hit-and-run suspect.
At this time, detectives continue to investigate several unclear factors surrounding the deadly accident that happened at Manchester Avenue and Broadway in Los Angeles.
