John Insley, 34, Killed in Long Beach Crash at Redondo Avenue and 15th Street
LONG BEACH, CA (June 17, 2021) – A motorcycle crash killed John Insley at Redondo Avenue and 15th Street in Long Beach.
Police identified the 34-year-old Long Beach man as the victim of the fatal wreck which occurred last month on May 5.
The incident began when John Michael Marshall Insley was riding a 2013 Yamaha motorcycle north on Redondo Avenue in Long Beach. At the same time, a 2015 Honda Accord was going west on 15th Street.
For an unknown reason, the Honda collided with the motorcyclist at the intersection. The impact then forced the rider into a 2013 Ford Mustang.

Long Beach police said John Insley sustained major injuries as a result of the crash. Paramedics rushed him to a local hospital, where he died on June 6.
The press release wrote that the officials reported the accident at about 3:25 p.m. Meanwhile, drivers of the Accord and the Mustang stopped following the collision.
The motorists, a 57-year-old San Diego man and a 22-year-old Long Beach resident, stayed at the site and cooperated with the officers.
