Jordan Moore, 26, Seriously Injured in Santa Monica Hit-and-Run at Third and Wilshire
SANTA MONICA, CA (November 12, 2021) – Jordan Moore was seriously injured after a hit-and-run crash in Santa Monica.
The KTLA News identified the 26-year-old Marina del Rey woman as the victim of the collision which took place on October 31.
The incident happened when Jordan Moore and another pedestrian were walking in a Santa Monica crosswalk. For an unknown reason, a vehicle struck her.
Police said the driver hit the woman at the intersection of Third Street and Wilshire Boulevard. The accident occurred at about 12:57 a.m.
Pedestrian Hit by Car
Firefighters along with the paramedics arrived at the scene and found Jordan Moore left lying on the ground. She sustained serious bodily injuries as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel soon took patient to a hospital for treatment. Meanwhile, police affirmed that the motorist did not stop to render aid to the victim and then fled the area.
They described the car as a white Infiniti G-series with no front license plate. The sedan obtained major damage to the windshield on the passenger’s side due to the impact.
Officers are still looking for the hit-and-run suspect who badly wounded Jordan Moore. The crash is still under investigation.
