Juan Ochoa, 50 Killed in San Bernardino Crash at 5th Street and G Street
SAN BERNARDINO, CA (April 14, 2021) – A car crash killed Juan Ochoa at 5th Street and G Street in San Bernardino.
The San Bernardino County Coroner’s Office identified the 50-year-old Fontana man as the victim of the wreck which occurred on Wednesday afternoon.
According to their press release, two vehicles collided for an unknown reason. They crashed at the intersection of West 5th Street and North G Street in San Bernardino.
Car Collision Near 215 Freeway Wednesday
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon responded to the scene near the 215 Freeway. They found one person, later named as Juan Ochoa, who ended up severely injured as a result of the crash.
Medical personnel then rushed Juan Ochoa to Loma Linda University Medical Center, where he died. Deputies reported the incident at about 2:55 p.m.
Officers did not mention if any other party sustained injuries upon impact. Authorities forced the intersection to shut down for a time following the wreck.
The cause of the fatal collision is still under investigation.
