Julian Motorcycle Crash State Route 78 Great Southern Overland Stage

Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene, just east of the Scissors Crossing Parking. They found the motorcyclist who sustained major injuries as a result of the collision.

Medical personnel took the patient to a hospital for treatment. The name of the wounded party and their condition at this time were not released.

Meanwhile, CHP did not mention if the driver of the truck ended up hurt or if they stopped following the wreck. The cause of the Julian crash is still under investigation.

Officers forced a stretch of State Route 78 to shut down after the incident.
