DUI Driver Kevin May, 47, Kills Another Motorist in Temecula Crash
TEMECULA, CA (April 22, 2021) – Authorities detained Kevin May after a fatal DUI crash along the Interstate 15 Freeway in Temecula.
The California Highway Patrol determined that the 47-year-old Fontana man was under the influence of a drug on Thursday afternoon.
The incident began when a 2015 Toyota Prius was going south on the 15 Freeway in Temecula behind a tractor-trailer. The big rig then slowed for traffic ahead, just south of Overland Drive.
In the process, the Toyota came to a stop. CHP said Kevin May, traveling behind the Prius, failed to slow down and struck the car with his box truck.
