2 Teens Hospitalized After Collision on Standridge Avenue
Lancaster, CA (April 23, 2022) – Two teenager boys suffered injuries following a motor-vehicle accident that occurred Saturday on Standridge Avenue.
Motorbike Hits Bystander in Lancaster
According to an article published online by Fox11 News, one teen was riding a motorbike traveling at an unknown direction on Standridge Avenue. When the driver approached the 44200 block of the roadway, the teen allowed the vehicle to veer towards the direction of a residential property.
Preliminary investigation revealed another teenager was walking out of his front yard at about the same time. The motorbike ended up hitting the bystander. The collision took place at approximately 3:45 p.m.
When emergency crews arrived at the location, they found both teenager boys with injuries. A helicopter airlifted the patients to Children’s Hospital in Los Angeles for treatment.
Detectives handling the case continue to work at this time. They continue to investigate several unclear factors surrounding the crash on Standridge Avenue in Lancaster.
