Multi-Vehicle Collision on Highway 120 Thursday
Lathrop, CA (May 13, 2021) – At least one person suffered serious injuries following a car accident on State Route 120 in Lathrop, the California Highway Patrol group reported.
Authorities said multiple vehicles collided in the westbound side of Highway 120 near Interstate 5 Freeway. First responders found at the scene five or more automobiles involved in the wreck.
According to the CHP dispatch, emergency teams found at the scene a black Jeep; a silver Chevrolet; a black Nissan Sentra, and a box truck. The make and model of the other cars involved in the wreck have not been revealed thus far.

Medical personnel arrived at the crash site shortly after 7:30 a.m. Paramedics rendered aid to all possible victims. After the evaluation, officials confirmed the accident left one person with major injuries.
Additional details on the collision have not been revealed thus far. Given that, detectives assigned to handle the case continue to investigate the precise cause of the car accident in Lathrop.
