Man Fatally Struck by Vehicle Near Market Street Friday
Lincoln Park, CA (January 14, 2022) – A pedestrian died following a traffic accident that occurred on Interstate 805 Friday evening.
According to FOX5 News, a vehicle struck a male party in the northbound side of the freeway just south of Market Street. The make and model of the car involved in the catastrophic incident have not been revealed thus far.

Emergency crews arrived at the location shortly after 6:15 p.m. Responding paramedics performed life-saving measures to the victim but he sadly succumbed to his injuries and died. Pending confirmation and notification of next of kin, the identity of the deceased remained undisclosed.
Officials mentioned the driver stayed in the area and cooperated with the investigation process.
At this time, detectives continue to work to determine liability in the deadly pedestrian accident on Interstate 805 in Lincoln Park.
