Lloyd Marcus, 43; and Clarissa Leimis, 41, Seriously Injured in Llano Crash
LLANO, CA (September 14, 2021) – A fatal crash seriously injured Lloyd Marcus and Clarissa Leimis on Highway 138 in Llano.
The California Highway Patrol identified the Banning residents as victims of the collision which took place last week on Friday.
The incident began when 43-year-old Lloyd Marcus was driving a 2021 Ram 1500 west on Highway 138 in Llano with 41-year-old Clarissa E. Leimis.
At the same time, a 2008 Nissan Altima was going east. For an unknown reason, the Nissan swerved to the left and entered the westbound lane.

CHP said the Altima then slammed into the pickup truck, just west of Fort Tejon Road. The Antelope Valley Times wrote that the accident occurred on September 10 at around 5:12 p.m.
Both Lloyd Marcus and Clarissa Leimis sustained major injuries as a result of the Llano crash. Paramedics took the man to Northridge Hospital for treatment.
Medical personnel rushed the woman to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center for further aid. Meanwhile, CHP affirmed that the driver of the Nissan died at the scene of the wreck.
Officers named the deceased motorist as 19-year-old Palmdale resident Isaiah Garrett. The cause of the Llano car crash is still under investigation.
