Man Fatally Struck by Vehicle on PCH
Los Angeles County, CA (September 9, 2022) – A deadly pedestrian accident occurred on Pacific Coast Highway Thursday evening.
The Ventura County Star News reported an individual was spotted walking in a southerly direction in the northbound lanes of the freeway. In the area just north of the county line, a passing 2014 Ford Expedition struck the pedestrian.
Officials said the horrible crash took place at approximately 7:35 p.m.
Pedestrian Killed in Los Angeles County Accident
When rescue teams arrived at the site, they found the victim lying on the ground. Responding medical personnel rendered aid to the pedestrian but they sadly succumbed to their injuries and died. Pending confirmation and notification of next of kin, the identity of the deceased remained undisclosed.
Further investigation is ongoing on the deadly crash that happened on Pacific Coast Highway in Los Angeles County.
