Motorcyclist Seriously Injured in Lower Lake Crash on Morgan Valley Road
LOWER LAKE, CA (October 28, 2022) – A motorcyclist was seriously injured after a crash on Morgan Valley Road in Lower Lake.
According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch team the accident took place on Friday morning. Officers reported the wreck at about 9:43 a.m.
CHP said the motorcycle rider and another vehicle collided for an unknown reason in Lower Lake. The two crashed in the 21800 block of Morgan Valley Road.
Motorcycle and Vehicle Collide
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene near Sloan Ranch Road. They found the motorcyclist who sustained major injuries as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel then rushed the patient to a hospital for treatment. The report did not release the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, CHP did not mention if the other driver ended up hurt or if they stopped following the wreck. Officers forced a stretch of Morgan Valley Road to shut down after the incident.
The cause of the Lower Lake crash is still under investigation.
