Vehicle Strikes, Kills Pedestrian Near West Lathrop Road
Manteca, CA (March 27, 2022) – A deadly pedestrian accident occurred on North Airport Way on March 26, Saturday.
The ABC News published an article online reporting a vehicle struck an individual in the area near West Lathrop Road. At this time, the make and model of the automobile involved in the horrible crash have not been revealed thus far.
Pedestrian Killed in Accidet on Airport Way in Manteca
Shortly after incident, emergency crews arrived at the site. First responders found the victim lying unconscious on the ground. Despite life-saving measures, the pedestrian sadly succumbed to their injuries and eventually died at the scene. The identity of the deceased remained undisclosed pending confirmation and notification of next of kin.
Our sources mentioned the driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigation process.
At this time, detectives continue to work to determine the precise cause of the deadly collision on North Airport Way in Manteca.
