Rider Dies in Collision on Highway 101

Redwood City, CA (May 2, 2023) – Manuel Alfonso, a 54-year-old man, suffered fatal injuries following a motorcycle accident that occurred on State Route Highway 101.

According to the Daily Journal News, collision between a man riding a motorbike and a Toyota sedan took place in the northbound side of SR-101 just south of Highway 92.

Fatal Motorcycle Accident in Redwood City

Emergency crews arrived at the crash site shortly after 11:59 p.m. Responding paramedics found the motorcyclist unconscious. Despite life-saving efforts performed by medical personnel, the rider sadly succumbed to his injuries and died. Authorities later identified the fatal victim as Manuel Alfonso.
