Several Dead After Collision at Millerton Road and Marina Drive Saturday
Fresno, CA (February 9, 2022) – Marcelino Ramirez, and John Carlin both died following a car crash that occurred in the area of Millerton Road and Marina Drive.
The ABC30 News published an article online reporting two vehicles collided head-on near Millerton Lake. Preliminary investigation revealed the horrible crash involved a grey Hyundai and a White Honda. The catastrophic incident took place just down the road from a popular Fresno County casino–Table Mountain Casino, Saturday morning.
Shortly after 4:30 a.m., rescue teams arrived at the location. First responders found several people lifeless in the disabled Hyundai. Paramedics performed life-saving measures all for men but they sadly succumbed to their injuries and died. Officials identified two fatal victims as 32-year-old Marcelino Ramirez of Clovis; and 28-year-old John Carlin of Fresno.
Investigators continue to work at this time to determine exactly how and why the deadly accident happened at Millerton Road and Marina Drive.
