Marvin Crayton, 60, Suspect in Deadly Pedestrian Accident at Holt Avenue and Short Street
Pomona, CA (September 9, 2021) – On September 5, police arrested 60-year-old Marvin Crayton in relation with a fatal hit-and-run crash that occurred last year.
The Press Enterprise News reported Crayton, a resident from Corona, struck a female pedestrian at the intersection of Holt Avenue and Short Street in Pomona. The catastrophic incident took place on January 3, 2020.

Our sources indicated the collision resulted in life-threatening injuries to the 62-year-old homeless woman. Officials confirmed an ambulance rushed the victim to the hospital. According to the article published online, the pedestrian eventually succumbed to her injuries and died.
Meanwhile, Marvin Crayton apparently fled the scene following the accident. Investigators recently identified and located the suspect. Police arrested Marvin Crayton on Sunday morning.
Further investigation on the case is ongoing.
