3 Injured in Menifee Crash at Scott and Haun Roads Tuesday
MENIFEE, CA (January 4, 2022) – Several were injured after a car crash at Scott Road and Haun Road in Menifee.
The Riverside County Fire Department first logged the incident on Tuesday morning. Officers reported the wreck at about 6:47 a.m.
Cal Fire said three vehicles collided for an unknown reason in Menifee. They crashed at the intersection of Scott and Haun roads near the 215 Freeway.
Multiple Vehicles Collide
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene and extricated two trapped occupants from the wreckage. A total of three people ended up hurt as a result of the collision.
One victim sustained serious injuries while another suffered moderate injuries upon impact. The third patient survived with minor wounds.
Medical personnel then took the wounded parties to the hospital for treatment. The report did not disclose their names and condition at this time.
Meanwhile, officers forced the area of Scott and Haun roads to shut down following the wreck. The cause of the Menifee crash is still under investigation.
