Woman Hit and Injured by Vehicle at West Main and N Street
Merced, CA (May 5, 2022) – A pedestrian accident that occurred in the area of West Main and N Street resulted in injuries, the Merced Golden Wire News reported.
Officials said a vehicle struck a female party at the intersection of West Main and N Street Thursday morning. The make and model of the automobile involved in the collision remained unknown.
Pedestrian Hospitalized After Accident in Merced
Shortly after 9:25 a.m., rescue teams arrived at the crash site. First responders found the victim sitting on the roadway. Medical personnel rendered first aid to the injured pedestrian, then transported them to a hospital for further treatment. Personal information on the patient remained undisclosed pending confirmation.
Several factors surrounding the crash remained unclear. At this time, detectives continue to investigate the precise circumstances that led up to the pedestrian accident at West Main and N Street in Merced.
